Sachin Chavan
PRINCIPAL
Sachin founded DESIGN SQUARE in 2021.
He draws from over 15 years of collective experience working in various architectural practices and developer groups in Sydney.
With over 500 projects completed over his career, he has established good relationships with various Councils and Certifiers with specialized expertise in residential projects.
Based on his in-depth knowledge in legislation requirements, DESIGN SQUARE has attained over 60 approvals (CDC and DA combined) since its inception.
